Trauma can arrive with a big “T” or a little “t.” Sometimes it is obvious that a specific event has shattered your innate sense of safety and inner emotional landscape. At other times, it can be more complex, subtle, and confusing to get to the root of what is unsettling you.
I provide specialist online trauma and medical trauma counselling across the UK, offering a secure, deeply compassionate virtual sanctuary where you can process your experiences from the safety and comfort of your own home. Together, we can safely unpick your internal processes, bringing clarity, autonomy, and a renewed sense of grounding back into your life.
I specialise heavily in medical trauma, chronic illness, fertility hurdles, and motherhood because there is a powerful common thread between them. So often, living with chronic health conditions (like endometriosis or PCOS), navigating grueling clinical fertility treatments, or surviving a difficult birth leads to significant medical trauma.
When your body has felt under siege by medical protocols, surgeries, or unexpected diagnoses, your nervous system can become stuck in a constant state of high alert. Through secure virtual sessions, we will work to re-establish a sense of physical and emotional safety, helping you process these distressing clinical events without the added exhaustion of leaving your home to visit a physical clinic.
 
I am deeply curious to discover more about your internal world. My practice is rooted in Transactional Analysis (TA), which explores the concept of a psychological “script.” We all carry an unconscious narrative and a way of being that we learned in early childhood to help us survive.
Working together online, we will discover your personal narrative and look at how it serves you in the here and now. Through building a trusting, collaborative relationship across our screens, we will safely explore:
  • Your subconscious and conscious thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
  • Whether these inherited patterns are still serving you well today.
  • How to build new, joyful directions and freer ways of being.
I do not offer rigid advice or clinical solutions. Instead, I act as your guide, helping you gain clarity within your own internal world so you feel fully empowered to make the lasting changes you desire.
 
Processing trauma requires absolute safety. For many clients, the physical effort of commuting to an office can trigger vulnerability or stress. Online therapy allows you to remain entirely in control of your environment:
