Fertility, IVF, miscarriage and women’s health counselling

Online IVF and Infertility support Groups Across the UK

You do not have to walk this journey alone.

An intimate gently facilitated 6 week online fertility support group for women navigating fertility challenges, IVF, and reproductive loss.

When you are navigating reproductive trauma, it can feel like the rest of the world is moving forward while you are left behind.

This intimate online space brings together a small circle of only 4-8 women.  Together we create a confidential, non judgmental sanctuary to process the heavy emotions of this journey:

  • Deep grief and sadness: Giving space to losses that others may not fully understand.
  • Medical/IVF exhaustion: Managing the clinical burnout, hyper-vigilance and anxiety.
  • Nervous system regulation: Moving out of a constant state of high alert or emotional shutdown.
  • Isolation to connection: Finding deep relief alongside women who truly validate your experience.

Therapeutic Online Fertility Support Group FAQ's

Do I have to share my whole story?

No, you are completely in control of your own boundary.  You can share as much or little as you feel ready for.  Quiet processing is fully welcomed and respected.

This is exactly what the space is built for.  As a trauma-informed practitioner, I gently hold and facilitate the group so that every wave of grief or fear feels entirely held and safe.

We start with a quick 10 minute phone consultation.  This ensures the group is a supportive, healthy fit for where you are currently in your journey.

We will be careful in our contracting around this at the beginning of the sessions.  As a group we will decide how to handle this-whether a person would like to exit and go to 1to1 sessions or whether it would still be beneficial to be part of the group.  It depends on how you feel and how the group may respond-everyone is different.  It can be incredibly difficult to hear someone else is pregnant when going through this process for some people and for others they see it as someone else’s journey and may even find it comforting to hear success stories.  Either way know it would be handled delicately and discussed openly amongst the group.

The online infertility support groups run for a block of 6 weeks.

IVF chat rooms can be so useful to find people with shared experiences but they can often become unboundaried spaces with clashing experiences or challenging comparisons.  The groups I run are therapeutically facilitated to support emotional safety.  A place to share experiences but be held therapeutically.

Book an introductory call to hear more about the online fertility support group-no initial consultation is required, once we  have met you can get added straight to the group unless you would like an individual session first.  Therapeutic Fertility Support groups last 90 minutes over 6 weeks and cost £20 per session.  (£120 total over the course of the 6 weeks).

1to1 sessions are available in addition to the group if you need some standalone support.  I offer a 4 session IVF bundle to support you through one cycle of IVF.  This way you are not committing to ongoing counselling if this is something you do not want at this time but ensuring you have the support you need.  [IVF Support Bundle]

If ongoing counselling would be supportive I offer 1to1 sessions: [Specialist Online Fertility Counselling| IVF and TTC Support]
