I offer 1to1 counselling, couples and group sessions depending on your needs.

I regularly run groups of 4-6 people to support those struggling with a fertility journey. When you are navigating reproductive trauma, it can feel like the rest of the world is moving forward while you are left behind. You do not need to go through this alone. Come join a safe, confidential space to share as much or as little as you would like. Groups are kept purposefully small to nurture a community through what can be an incredibly isolating time.

Format: Secure, confidential online video sessions
Group Size: Strictly limited to 4-6 participants to ensure safety.
Duration: 90 minutes per session across 12 consecutive weeks.
Investment: £50 per session (£600 for 12 session block)
