Together, we provide a warm, relational, and deeply secure remote environment to support individuals and couples across the UK.
2. Initial Consultation: In your 50-minute initial remote session, your therapist will spend time exploring your unique challenges and building a deep understanding of your current experiences.
3. Ongoing Weekly Appointments: Once your consultation is complete, you and your counsellor will arrange a regular, recurring time to meet for 50-minute remote sessions each week.
