I offer a block of 6 sessions of group therapy held on a weekly basis- each session lasting 90 minutes and costing £50 (total investment £300).  

These groups are kept purposely small at 4-6 individuals all experiencing chronic illness and the group offers a safe space to process emotions around your experiences with your chronic illness whether this is around feeling betrayed by your body, medical trauma or not feeling like people understand, these sessions are an opportunity to gain deeper attunement with your body and hear from others’ experience.
