Specialist Support For Fertility Struggles, IVF, Miscarriage And Reproductive Trauma

You don’t have to carry this alone.

As a BACP-registered counsellor with specialist training in fertility and reproductive trauma, I bring both professional expertise and a deep understanding of what this journey can feel like from the inside. (Read more about my background and training ).

If you are going through IVF, miscarriage, or fertility struggles, you might look like you are coping perfectly on the outside. On the inside, you may feel quietly exhausted, anxious, and deeply alone. It is completely normal to feel caught between hope and disappointment, or to find it hard to talk to loved ones who haven’t walked this path.

  Specialist Support for Reproductive Trauma

This is a dedicated, gentle space to help you make sense of your experiences and carry the weight of uncertainty, without needing to explain the medical side of things from scratch.

Individual sessions from £65 · Vitality Health Insurance accepted

Healing Has No Timeline

Perhaps your fertility journey happened years ago, but you still need space to process it. The emotional impact of reproductive trauma does not simply vanish when a chapter ends. Even a successful pregnancy can leave us with new, unexpected anxieties, forever changed by what it took to get here.
Wherever you are in your story, I am here to help you hold it.

You Are More Than Your Fertility Journey

Fertility struggles are not just medical events, they reshape your identity, your relationships, and your sense of control over your body and future. Because of this, I support your whole self. Some sessions may not touch on treatment at all; instead we might focus on the fears, grief, or life changes this journey has stirred up.

Together, we will work to help you:

  • Find your footing during treatment or seasons of uncertainty
  • Safely process grief, trauma, and repeated disappointment
  • Quiet the spirals of anxiety and overwhelm
  • Reconnect with a sense of control, self-trust, and grounding
  • Feel truly seen and less alone in what you’re carrying
  • Support open, honest communication with your partner

What you might be experiencing

Many of the clients I work with describe feeling:
  • Overwhelmed by intense IVF cycles or complex treatment decisions.
  • Isolated by miscarriages or losses that the world around them doesn’t fully acknowledge.
  • Deep grief from the heartbreaking experience of TFMR (Termination for Medical Reasons), ectopic pregnancy, or baby loss.
  • Anxious and frozen during the agonising wait between scans, cycles, or medical appointments.
  • Alone, even when they have a supportive partner, family, or clinic.
  • Exhausted by the constant, exhausting pressure to “stay hopeful.”
  • Unsettled, even if their fertility journey ended a long time ago.
Whatever you’re carrying, you don’t have to carry it alone, and it doesn’t have to feel this heavy forever. This is a safe space where every one of those feelings can be spoken aloud, without any need to minimise your pain or “stay strong.”

How booking 1to1 counselling works:

1.  Book a free call

The initial call is a relaxed 10 minute chat where we talk about what I offer, what you are looking to get from counselling and confirming availability.  If it feels like we are a good fit we can then arrange an initial consultation.

2. Initial Consultation

In the initial consultation we spend 50 minutes exploring what has brought you to counselling.  During this session I will ask questions and take notes as we begin to build a deeper understanding of your current experiences, challenges and what is happening for you.  This session is an opportunity to take a deeper look at what has brought you to counselling.

3. Book Weekly Appointments

Once the initial consultation is complete, we will arrange a regular time to meet for 50 minute sessions each week.

Fees:

£65 for individual 50 minute session

£80 for couples 60 minute session

£20 for therapeutic fertility groups lasting 90 minutes
